









Sandra is coordinator of several projects on family day care. She is also working on the development of meeting places for children and parents. Sandra is the editor in chief of KIDDO, the pedagogical magazine for ECEC.
Sandra is coordinator of the project Building Strong Family Day Care, financed by the European Social Fund (ESF). This project has the aim to professionalize the family day care in the Flamish community in Belgium. In coordination with schools for adult education, she develops training for family day carers.
Sandra is also working on the subject of parental support, mainly in the development of meeting places for children and parents. Together with other pioneers, she founded a network for meeting places for children and parents in Flanders. She gives lectures and workshops on the theme of parental support in childcare and the impact of social networks on children and parents.
Sandra is the editor in chief of KIDDO, the pedagogical magazine for ECEC. This magazine focuses on the pedagogical practice of dealing with children and parents in every possible way.
