Sandra Van der Mespel

Sandra Van der Mespel has been a valued co-worker for years in VBJK. After managing many big –some international- projects on childminding and parental support programs. She now shares her experience in project management with the colleagues. Her views and knowledge on processes of change help the team to do what we need to do: work towards innovation.

Sandra manages the Flemish VBJK projects and the relations with our many Flemish project partners. She excels in human resources management and designs our strategic work towards long-term planning. Sandra is also the one who always gets the annual reports written.

Sandra chairs all meetings of the Board and also manages the dialogue with Kind & Gezin and Ghent University.
